REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER 2026 COMING SOON! RETURNING FAMILIES - JANUARY 15TH / NEW FAMILIES - FEBRUARY 2ND!

1) Click and fill out AMSS Application form below.

**Please review updated policies prior to submitting application.**

*We suggest opening application form on a laptop.*

2) Mail/drop-off your application form along with your $100 deposit fee per child to: Amy Morris Swim School

3) We will email you with availability and a possible/tentative swim schedule.

4) You will have 3 business days to make changes, accept your schedule, and make payment IN FULL.

5) After 3 business days, your tentative schedule may be removed to accommodate other swimmers.

6) Swim schedules can only be accepted or changed through email or by calling our office at (559) 299-8080.

$100 deposit fee per child payable by cash, check, or Venmo (@amymorrisswimschool)

Baby & Me is to be PAID IN FULL with application form

**Deposit fees are non-refundable after swim schedule has been given**

**All lesson fees must be paid in-full (cash, check, or Venmo) within 3 business days to confirm your swim schedule**
